Mushroom Log Workshop

Do you love culinary mushrooms, but want to try something other than Portabella? Join Horticulturist and fungi enthusiast, Corey Kotfila, as you inoculate your very own edible mushroom logs! In this workshop, participants will start and take home two logs each, which will eventually produce delicious shiitake and blue oyster mushrooms.

Bringing your own handheld drill and an 8.5mm or 11/32″ bit would be helpful, but we will provide drills for anyone who does not have one.
