Visitors to the McLaughlin Garden and Homestead are encouraged to take photographs for personal, non-commercial use and are requested to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Personal Social Media Use: #SupportMcLaughlinGarden is the suggested hashtag for all social media posts.
• Social Media Influencer Photography: Social Media Influencers (or similar) who wish to include McLaughlin Garden are asked to contact a member of the McLaughlin Garden staff by email in advance of visiting for guidance on securing a time for a photo shoot.
• Group Photography: Members, volunteers, families, and small informal groups of visitors are welcome to take photographs in the garden for personal use free of charge. Special care should be taken to be considerate of others enjoying the garden. Large groups should reach out in advance by email to secure a time for your photo shoot.
• Wedding/Commercial Use Photography: There is a small fee for photographs taken by a professional for commercial use. Please get in touch with a member of the McLaughlin Garden staff by email in advance of your visit for more information.
