Winter Lecture Series part 2- “The Miracle of Seeds: A Flower Gardener’s Journey”

March 13 @ 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Michelle Cloutier, owner of the cut flower design business Squash Pie Blossom, will be presenting “The Miracle of Seeds: A Flower Gardener’s Journey”. Her garden is located in Norway and features rows of colorful annuals that she grows from seed. During the growing season, Michelle harvests her fresh flower blooms and designs them into unique flower arrangements that are available all year long. She will share her bounty with us in an illustrated presentation. The hybrid lecture welcomes the public in person upstairs in the historic McLaughlin homestead at 97 Main Street (Route 26), South Paris. Anyone who is unable to attend in person can still enjoy the lecture online. To the zoom link, contact garden@mclaughlingarden.org.  Enjoy tea and baked goods at 3:30pm followed by the lecture at 4:00pm.

The tea and program are free and open to the public although donations are requested for the McLaughlin garden. Each speaker is donating their lecture as a way to help keep the McLaughlin Garden open. In case of inclement weather, please call the garden at 743-8820 or check the Garden’s Facebook page for a cancellation.
