Within the Whale – A Program for Children and Families

With thanks to the Oxford Federal Credit Union’s support of our Thursday Night in the Garden series, the McLaughlin Garden and the Norway Memorial Library are delighted to welcome Within the Whale back to the McLaughlin Barn for an evening designed for children and families.

Experience the thrill of stepping inside a life-size inflatable humpback whale named Chunk as Jessica Woodend brings the ocean to life with hands-on learning and inspiration about marine mammals and environmental conservation.

This program is free and open to all.

Come early to enjoy a walk or a picnic dinner in the Garden.  As an added bonus, the Strange Events food truck will be onsite offering up hot dogs, popcorn and sweet treats.

The Garden and gift shop will be open all afternoon, and the program will begin at 5:30pm.
