Winter Lecture Series #1: Caring for our Trees – The Importance of an Urban Canopy w/ Sean Horan

We can’t make spring come any faster, but we CAN provide some quality programming to hold you over until then! Join us in-person or by Zoom for a month of horticultural and ecological presentations that are sure to take the chill out of your week. Our vibrant forests extend from the Maine woods all the way into our neighborhoods and town centers. Smaller in size than the Maine woods, but no less important, our urban trees play a large role in our day to day life and wellbeing. Sean is a consulting forester in southern Maine focused on sound, good forest management and educating about being a great land steward any chance he gets. Sean’s company, Goodlot Forestry, works with landowners & organizations of all sizes.
