Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Foraging for Wild Mushrooms…

Enjoy author Frank Hyman as he discusses the ins and outs of hunting for mushrooms in the forest. He has written the definitive “how-to” guide on this delicious and satisfying pastime and is a humorous and engaging speaker. Delight in his knowledge of fungi and learn about both edible and inedible mushrooms. Copies of Frank’s book How to Forage For Mushrooms Without Dying: An Absolute Beginner’s Guide will be available to purchase at the event and there will be time for a Q&A and a book signing after the presentation.
Please register as soon as possible by calling 207-743-8820 or emailing the Garden at info@mclaughlingarden.org.  to reserve your seat. There is a fee of $10 for McLaughlin Garden Members and $15 for non-members. The fee is due at time of registration and is non-refundable after August 21st.
